Samsung Support Lied About Security Update Frequency

I have no problems with the update cycle. I never understand why people get so hung up on them.

Also...an employee of a company giving out wrong information is nothing new. People make mistakes or may have been told wrong info by another associate. Defaulting to THE BIG LIE conspiracies is silly.

I used to represent both Verizon and Samsung, at no point was I ever instructed to lie to customers to sell products but numerous individuals have foolishly claimed things that were uncertain or unknown as a fact and I witnessed a couple lie to make a sale. Anyone caught telling lies to make a sale were quickly terminated. I find it funny when people jump on the big lie conspiracies.
