Samsung system update stops at 99% then turns off

I recently updated my Samsung A10 but when it installs the update it only reaches to 99% the turns off nothing happens. Hope someone can help.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be clear -- after you power the phone back on and go to the system update menu, it still shows that the same update is available and ready to install?

Since your probably not going to respond, factory reset the phone and move on.....way simpler than fighting an extended battle with it you're very likely not going to win

I've had this exact same issue while trying to do the Android 11 update. Also the phone never comes back on and is unable to go into any type of factory setting to do the hard reset. If you try to do the hard reset the update just comes back up from 1%-99% and cuts off again.
