Samsung tab 3 neo ui system is not working ?

I have samsung galaxy tab 3 neo and when i press my tab home button for recent apps the recent app screen is not come and an message come's ui system has sttoped working and i try in safe mode the same message comes what should i do please help me .

This was happening to me, too. It is the Google App causing the problem. Went into Google Play Store > tapped the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner > My Apps > scrolled down to Google > tapped on it and clicked Uninstall. It asked me if I wanted to uninstall updates, and I selected "Yes". My problem was solved. Just remember not to select "Update All" when performing updates for your device, or it will reinstall the updates. Select each update individually.
