Samsung Tab A series internal memory

I am considering purchasing a Samsung Tab A 7 or 8. I have seen issues in the past with system memory taking up a lot of space on the internal memory. Has this been fixed? How much internal memory is system files on these tablets?

I don't know what you mean by "fixed," but generally speaking, the storage taken up by the system/OS only grows over time as updates add new features and code.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about the amount of uninstallable bloatware that the device comes with?

I have a Galaxy Tab A7 lite (the 4 GB RAM/64 GB internal storage version), and the system takes up 12.82 GB. This doesn't change, because it represents the OS and the app files for bloatware.
