Samsung tab s 10.0 battery

Hi, over the last week or so my tab will run out of battery, when I plug it in to charge it it it says it has 10% still, when I use it it will drain down to nothing in about 5-10 mins and die again when I plug the charger in again it will be on around 7%. Does anyone else have this issue or know why this is happening. I'm not using the tab any differently than I did before so really confused on why this is happening.
