samsung tab won't turn on or charge

my Samsung tab 7.0 won't charge or turn on havn't dropped it or anything

Welcome to Android Central! Can you give us more details about what happened before you noticed it wouldn't turn on or charge? Did it get unusually warm?

Have you tried pressing and holding the Power button for a good 20-30 seconds? How about leaving it plugged into a wall outlet for 24 hrs straight, without disturbing it?
