bought this i 18 year later got exm slow charging problem it takes hours and hours to charge 2% and drains like crazy in few mins ...whats going on ?? and how to solve it ? i had a broken screen problem which is now repaired but, this slow charging problem wont go away what to do ....does anyone has a solution ? i want samsung to refund me fully for the price i paid for this faulty tablet

Clearly the battery needs replacing if it can't hold a charge. Did you buy this new? I don't feel that you could have as they have been around for many years. Mine still works perfectly. Perhaps the device wasn't looked after properly? In any event I doubt Samsung would refund you. If you have an issue, take it up with whomever you purchased the tablet from

Did you buy it new or used? Either way, at this point Samsung owes you nothing. That tablet is 5 years old! It's possible the battery has degraded to the point that it won't take a charge or the charge circuit can't push enough power to charge it. Did the problem start immediately after the screen replacement? If it did, maybe that had something to do with it and the shop that replaced the screen needs to look over their work.

It's called planned obsolescence.... everything we buy is designed to last a certain amount of time. The best you can do is take good care of it and hope you get the maximum allowed life out of it. And that applies to everything we purchase in life ;) And most things aren't designed to be fixed.... they want it to be more cost effective for us to buy a new one.
