Samsung to Replace Water Damage in S7 "ACTIVE" Phones

Humm...so due to the CR testing of a couple of S7 Active phones that failed the IP68 water resistance claim, "Samsung will replace any Galaxy S7 active under its standard limited warranty, should water damage occur". That's nice, but, why wouldn't the S7/S7 Edge also be warrantied? They're also IP68 rated. Are there different levels of an IP68 rating?
