You mean like on the homescreens? Or the app menu/drawer?

When the keyboard is out, the homescreen will automatically become landscape, there's no way to change this. But I mean how can you even use the keyboard if the screen is still in portrait? As far as when the keyboard is hidden, it does not automatically rotate when the phone is rotated (does it?).

You cannot have landscape without sliding the keyboard out in the stock TW launcher.
