Samsung Trade-In Program Question.

Hi there, I currently have a Pixel, I would like to get either a S8 or the S8+. With all the recent problems going on with the Google Trade in program for the newer Pixel 2s not getting the estimated appraisal value, has anyone had any good experiences with this Samsung Trade-In?

Used Samsung trade in to get my S8... $454...about 4 months ago. Traded in an S7 edge. No issues, though I think others had problems.
