Samsung Trade in

I bought me a pair of the Buds 3 pro in November of 2024 . I was doing a trade in for my Buds 2 pro. They got my trade in in December according to the email from samsung. We'll its April and I received an email this morning telling me my trade in was rejected because of an empty box. Does it normally take this long to inspect the trade ins ? I've only did this once before and I don't recall it taking this long .



Fyi: I've already contacted Samsung with my proof that I sent in my trade in. The funny thing is I was going to delete the pics , but i decided not to. I'm glad I kept them.

I’m not surprised though usually not this long, but they are known for the nothing in the box BS , I’m sure with your proof they will approve the trade-in.

I traded in 2 sets of Buds2 Pro for the Buds3 Pro and the turnaround for me was maybe a week. I agree with Dodger that your "proof" will very likely suffice for Samsung.

Thanks for the replies. I did a trade in once before with them for the buds2 pro and I had no issue. I dont remember how long it took but I know it didn't take 4 months .I figured since they hadn't contacted me after the December email that everything was fine.
