SAMSUNG TTS Voice Data

2 days ago my phone 7s received the nougat Iam wth verizon carrier. Everything went well accept for 2 things the voice data for samsung which I dont use keeps poping up on my screen with the list of countries on what language to choose it din t do this until nougat was download how do I stop this from doing this. Second thing does the notification light not blink anymore letting you know you have a message or voice mail? Thank you
