Samsung UK - S21 Ultra trade in

Just seen on Samsung UK that you can now trade in the S21 Ultra for the Z Fold 3

It's around £600 IIRC which is well below what they sell for on eBay and more so if you get the decent eBay selling discount they offer every so often

But a direct trade in with Samsung is obviously less hassle

Consider selling fees, PayPal fees, shipping and other headaches depending on what kind of buyer you get. Overall, at least in the US it's hard to beat the trade in value Samsung gives after taking everything into picture. At least if you are selling locally without involving eBay or sites like that which charge crazy fees then may be you'll come out on top selling yourself than trade in.

At the end it depends, but personally Samsung trade in values generally are great (at least in the US), and I tend to choose the trade in route.

Plus when they offer £1.00 or 80% off final selling fees, it's well worth considering...

Currently S21 Ultra's sell for c£800 on eBay UK. Samsung offer £600 trade in. £200 UK Sterling is a lot to miss out on!
