Samsung ultra 25

I just got a Samsung ultra 25 my Facebook voice messenger pause every 30 sec I have tried everything but it still doesnt play the full voice message . Can someone help

Welcome to the forums! Is the screen turning off when this happens? Have you tried clearing Messenger's cache/data (you'd have to re-login if you do the latter)?

Hi i have done all that and I thought it was my new screen protector but it wasn't. It just pauses every 10-20 seconds

If you use Messenger through the website, does it do the same? If not, then the app has a bug and you should report it to Meta.
