Samsung upgrade programme - cracked screen

Hey, in anticipation of getting the Samsung S10 plus on the Samsung upgrade programme, I was wondering if Samsung accept a returned cracked screen on my current device? I think there might be an excess to pay but not sure. Any ideas? Thanks!

Last year I was charged £100 for a cracked screen whee n upgrading.
