My Samsung Verizon Galaxy S7 Edge has reset 3 times in 30 days. It wipes out all data and returns to factory defaults. The last time it did this a few days ago, it completely quit working. Verizon refuses to do anything. ( they want $300 to send it back to fix it). Phone is under warranty. They claim they sent out an Android update and it has a bug that causes this. Phone is dead. Beware!!
 
Welcome to Android Central! If it's under warranty, then contact Samsung, not Verizon. And do it soon, if the warranty is almost expired.
