Samsung watch 3 blood pressure monitoring not activated UK

[Android Central Question]

Samsung watch 3 was bought from an online seller. The UK watches should have enabled blood pressure monitoring this year. The watch did not update took it into Samsung and they said it was Taiwan based watch I.e. must have been a 'grey import'?? They could not do anything about it.

My question is...what can I do about it? How do I get around this?

I use an app called My BP Lab to access blood pressure monitoring.
