Samsung Weather

One more thing... so, all the older Samsung phones come with "Weather" built in. It is provided by AccuWeather. I noticed with on the galaxy S8, it comes with the weather channel as the provider. I prefer weather channel over accuweather. Is it possible to change it to weather channel? I'm running oreo

Unfortunately not on the stock widget/side bar. This is all licensing deals between the companies. However, you can find 3rd party options that use other weather service's APIs to pull weather data from.

Install weather Channel.
On the home screen, press and hold a blank area and an option for widget will pop up. Find the Weather Channel widget and drag it to the home screen.
You should also be able to long press the one you don't want, and disable or move it away.
