Bixby is Samsung's version of a digital personal assistant. Many Samsung users don't like it. On the newer Samsung phones there is a dedicated button for it on the left below the volume up and down.

No,I know what Bixby is,what does remapping means for new update? Why dont people like the bixby button,its not like u have to use it.

They don't like it because of the position it is in can cause mis-hits and or they want the option to re-assign it to another app or function.

I have it set to open with double tap, that helps. But with the Bixby update that comes with pie Bixby sucks altogether anymore.

Bixby is crap. I suspect it is a factor in the battery drain problem. I have remapped the button.

I can't seem to disable bixby on pie, in the 3 dot menu the options aren't there anymore, can I not just force close it all in app settings..?
