Samsung wireless stand faster charger doesn't work with OEM rugged case!

I just got my phone and I got the fast charging stand and I just noticed with the official Samsung rugged kickstand case that wireless charging does NOT work with it. I also tried it on my 2015 Samsung wireless charger and doesn't work as well.

Odd because I have the Note 10 Plus with a Peotic Revolution which is thicker and it charges just fine on both.

I have the rugged protective case on the phone and it charges on the Samsung Wireless Charger Stand 9W, as well as the Pixel Stand. Works with and without case.

Edit, it works now. Wireless charging was set on in the settings but fast charging was not. I think I will sell the wireless charger and keep using my old one. The reason being is this one has that fan that keeps running in it and I keep my phones on it all night while I sleep. The older samsung wireless one doesn't have the fan and shuts down after charging.
