Samsung Z flip 3 Audio on speakerphone issue

[Android Central Question]

Anyone got an issue with the audio? When the phone is open and it is on speaker phone, it switches from speaker in top part of phone to a much quieter speaker in the lower part! It sometimes switches back itself and does go back if you shake it!

Does it happen in safe mode as well?

The speakerphone does use both speakers but when it senses that you're close to the top speaker it automatically turns it off. It is the proximity sensor kicking in when you're close to the top speaker and turning it off. It's designed to do that.
