SamsungHealth oxygen and stress inaccurate since update

Ever since the recent update the SpO2 sensor and heart rate sensor appears inaccurate. Most of the time, it can never lock onto my heart rate and can't detect it. Also the "Stress" test is now extremely inaccurate. It is always low! Even when I'm definitely feeling stressed out and having panic attacks. It still reads low. It used to show much higher before their so-called update which Samsung claims made the sensors more accurate.

The Stress Test always stops at 94% for me.
