Samsung's next step?

IMHO, there can never be too many choices.

But would they offer a "traditional" version. Obviously not many people have tried Tizen but it doesn't look very good. God forbid they use Firefox OS :p

Oh, I dunno, it intrigues me. With Samsung's money behind it I'm sure they could polish it up. And anything new will take some time to get Dev support, etc. But that's no reason to not do it. If for example Google does make gmail so that it notifies sender's of when recipients open mail, I would start looking for alternatives. (Hopefully they're not already doing that with Gmail.)

Regardless of opinions it still lags quite a bit. With the specs the phones have they shouldn't lag one bit

Yes, especially on the coming S5 if it does end up having 64 bit and 4 gigs RAM. Wow.

It's not all about the specs though. It has to be optimized for the hardware. That's why the Moto X can run just as smooth as the N5 with lesser specs.
Either way, I doubt it will have 4GB RAM.

All that link does is show a bunch of mockups and speculations. Good to know so I can stay away from that website in the future.

I'm pretty sure it will come with Android KitKat, the only way it won't come with Android is if they want their sales to plummet. And it won't come with anything but 4.4 or newer either, it wouldn't be acceptable otherwise.

Regardless of hardware specs, lag is a unique feature that is built-in with Touchwiz, you can't have one without the other.

I would like to see the folding display concept they showed off at CES. That way we can have 10-Inch displays that can fold into 5 inches so that it its pocketable.
