Samung tab 4, 10.1 'unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped'

My samung tab 4, 10.1 is giving me the annoying message ''unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped'. I am reading that I need to clear a cache but the steps defined are not what i see in my settings. I know it's older but it is running great. I am running Android 5.0.2, model SM-T530NU.

Help please.

This is often related to a corrupt media file (i.e., photo, video, or music). It's more commonly due to files on the SD card, so if you have an SD card inserted, try unmounting the card (in Settings>Storage) and removing it to see if the problem goes away.
