The 10.1 uses an Intel Atom. The reason San Andreas does not show up is because the developer does not have a suitably capable version of the game (x86). Some games do direct hardware optimization which is why some are Tegra 3-only for example. If you can sneak San Andreas on to your device from a different software marketplace there is no guarantee it will work, but we would love to hear what happens. My old Echo phone was able to run many apps that said it was unsupported.
Factory reset, pop cover, unplug battery - a little - bring to store say never worked. Not viable if owned more than a week. In which case learn to love it or learn to Craigslist.
