SanDisk 64 gig ultra incompatible with Note?

While I appreciate your answer "Max", its not even close to what I asked. My post of 08:54am asked about the exFat format and its benefits in comparison to the other 2 formats.

I installed the 32g Ultra on my wife's GN2 and the 64g on mine and have had zero problems. I use a Macbook Pro and didnt have to make any file format changes to the card.

Got my 64gb ultra sd card today. Put it in my note, no problem!

Once again you come to the rescue. Why is Everyone making such a big deal about the SanDisk 64 Ultra? Isnt exFat32 the fastest of the 3 formats? Im planning to use it for my Music storage, ringtones and sounds. I was caught completely off guard with the cant move apps to SD card thing.
I ordered it from Amazon.com already, I guess had I known about all this hoopla I probably would have ordered the 32 gig instead. Gosh, couldnt beat the price though.

From what I have seen, exFat is the most efficient for flash. Fat32 has a 4 gb file size limit, and exFat does not...

Yes, you can try on Google Play store and do a search for 'AParted' ... just partition it. And you will find that your Note 2 will read the SDcard.
I tried several apps on my pc to format, partition and with absolute no success. But this phone app did the trick. So basically I had to format & partition the Extsdcard on my phone itself. it's a sandisk ultra micro sdxc uhs-1 class 10 exFat 64Gig. But unfortunately it's formatted to Fat32. Still going to try and reformat to ExFat and see if it will work.

I was lazy when I received my Note 2 and used a super slow card from an old phone with all my music and photos on it instead of the card that came with the Note 2, Sandisk class 2 or something crazy slow from a Blackberry. When I would shoot video or take a few pictures weird things like loosing pictures would happen quite frequently.

After I upgraded to an Sandisk ultra I quit loosing pictures and shooting lagging video. Because of all the problems I had I did format the new card in the phone but since I have used any ultra card without a problem.

If the card is too slow, it will cause issues. I still use the old slow card in another device with no issues. The ultras ROCK!
