SANDISK Dual Drive USB Type-C (Help please)

I just received my SanDisk dual drive USB type-c 32 gig file storage. It came with absolutely no instructions. I was able to insert it and the phone is seeing the mounted device. Do I need to download anything. All I want to do is transfer some of my photos over to this portable device. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Which phone do you have? You should be able to use it as a conventional external storage device. Use any file manager app to copy your files to that drive. If your phone's stock file manager is hard to use, then try Files by Google (in the Play Store) or Total Commander.

Got it all set up, thanks for the help. I guess I expected to just plug it in and have it automatically launch an install menu. The solution that I needed was actually listed on the packaging... I just didn't see it.
