I am Spanish and I am interested in the Samsung J3 (2016) (Sm-J320P). On the website of Samsung says that this mobile SAR has the following values:
Spain:
Head SAR: 0.251 W / Kg
Body SAR: 0.123 W / Kg
These values are very good (very low).
However, the same model in USA has the following values:
USA:
Head SAR: 1.22 W / Kg
Body SAR: 1.18 W / Kg
These values are legal but quite high.
I know how to measure SAR values in Europe and the USA are different but the difference is very large.
How is it possible that the values are good and bad in Spain in USA?
Is the same mobile in both countries?
The difference may be due to the operating frequencies of the antennas in different countries?
