I'm posting this poll to get a good gauge of what people think about the HTC Incredible.

As everyone knows you always see more negative comments then positive. Just the nature of the game. As others have said, "people that are satisfied don't post this feeling as much as those that aren't."

I'm trying to get a better gauge. Hopefully everyone both sides votes. I for one have had no issues and will be voting... satisfied.

Got plenty of views on this thread buy very few votes. A one to one view to vote ratio would be awesome. Easier said than accomplished.

where is the wobbly hand option? lol I love my Inc but some people could be on the fence about it

Once they fix this battery bull**** with having to do the battery rain dance every day to get the phone to actually use its full charge, this will be the perfect phone.

I easily get 24 hours out of my stock battery with normal (for me) useage. Don't do any tricks for charging, I simply leave it on and charge it in the evening before I head to bed - take it off the charger when it reaches 100 %, head to bed an hour before turning the lights out, text, play games, make calls and turn the lights out with it at about 94% after an hour of use.

Wake up to 89 to 90% charge, and use it throughout the day at work, and play on it during breaks, and I'm usually plugging it back up with still a 30% charge the same time each evening.

I even run my brightness at 100%

Do you honestly think you are going to get a poll that says the majority hates it, when you are in the majorities forum? Kind of a redundant poll don't ya think.

Most people are either ecstatic with their phone, or they don't care one way or the other. The rest who are unhappy have either gotten there phones replaced and moved on to either the ecstatic group or the don't care either way group, or they moved on to a different phone and either don't linger here much anymore or not at all.

Kind of like going to an Apple fan site and doing a poll on who likes the iPhone. Just my opinion. I do like the phone though :)

This is my 19th phone in the last 4 years and is hands down without a doubt the best in every possible way. I was really worried about poor battery life but I was EASILY getting a full day with the stock battery and heavy usage and now with the Seido extended I can get 1.5 with HEAVY usage, AMAZING PHONE

The poll could use more options. But, anyway, my first Inc had problems. The new replacement has been perfect, so far. So, I give the first Inc a reluctant thumbs up while the second Inc gets an ENTHUSIASTIC thumbs up. :)

Let's understand that statistically these polls are not close to valid. Over 100,000 INCs are actively in the marketplace and less than 1% of the users subscribe to this forum. The vast majority of INC buyers have not begun to figure out what this device is capable of. They are thrilled by the graphics and the animation, the speed of the internet and the ease in which the phone receives their gMail and syncs to their calendar. 90% of the problems, or more, they may experience is "cockpit" error and inexperience. Believe it or not there are still millions of Storm 1 owners out there that are very satisfied. I was one of those. Never had one of the problems that I constantly read about on CB. I tried the INC because I had an upgrade and had been looking closely at Android OS. Would I ever go back, no. Was I happy with the Storm keyboard yes. Is the INC input 100 times better, yes.

My point here is that the whining and vitriol on sites such as these is meaningless. The value of Android Central is education with regards to the use of an Android device. Learn quickly how to do something or how to fix something most likely caused by user error or lack of knowledge. The news and the gossip about devices and apps is fun and entertaining for those of us who have become "hobbyists".

I have NO IDEA how in the HELL you get that kind of battery life out of the phone. I play ONE game (but frequently, Air Control) as well as text and receive calls, and after one hour of doing so my phone will be at 80% at the MOST!

If I can just get a decent battery for this phone i'll be MORE than happy!

I see your point. Ideally I would send a Special Agent or two to the doors of the first 100,000 HTC Incredible owners and force them to vote on a similar poll. A gunpoint if they're indecisive. :D

Aside from the poor battery life I'm getting I am insanely satisfied. amazing phone I still can't stop playing with it and I got it day 1 (actually received it a day early ;))
