Save Battery - Turn Spent Bluetooth off?

Can the S-Pen charging be turned off? I know on older Notes/OS, it was easy to turn off feature but it's not clear now that it can be.

I don't know if turning off air actions turns off S-Pen Bluetooth/charging.
