Save GPS position on map without phone wifi or cell available

Hello, I kitesurf (on the water no cell wifi), I have tickwatch pro, I'd like to record GPS position as a "trail" on a map to see the crossings, see speed max speed if possible, traveles distance... Is there something that does this already??

Ultimately to have a visual of all the riding I did in a day...

I moved this from the Wear OS for iPhone forum to the Ticwatch forum for more specific traffic.

I'm not aware of any way to do that natively with Wear OS / Android Wear. There may be fitness style apps that can record all your GPS data as a "map trail".
