How do you do this. Was certain I could do this on my s7 edge

do you need to save as in back up your text messages or just copy some text from one or more messages?
if you long press on one message there is an option to copy text and another option to share

Why would u need to? They will all be backed up to the cloud if you are using a samsung account too.
