Save Voice-Mail File To PC...[SOLVED]

I'm trying to locate a voice-mail I recently saved to my Android 10, but can't find it. How do I find it and save it to my PC so I can listen to it, later? Thank-you. ^_^

Thank-you and yes, sorry it took me this long to let you know (I totally forgot to mention how I came across it, at the time). The following is what I believe I did:








Ugh, I forgot to include the following (I'm sorry):

You click on the file and keep your finger down until the file is selected, then the options should come up.
