Saving apps/screens/settings?

I'm thinking about flashing DL09 but I don't want to lose all the settings I've already got, so if I flash DL09 via odin, how would i go about getting all my things back? I haven't cared about my info and setting much in the past, but I have quite a few things on the phone now that I want to save.

I recommend Titanium Backup. It will backup all your apps and you can also have it back up system data for everything in a batch operation or whatever individual items you wish.

So I backed up the entire system, and now I cant seem to find a way to reflash all the the stuff i backed up at once, or do I have to do it one at a time?

Menu > Batch > Restore missing apps + all system data. Works on free version.
