Hi, I have a Verizon Ellipsis 8 tablet running Android 5.1.1. My wife wants to record lots of audio files that require more memory (for her classes). I've been able to save to the SD card directly through the Amazon Music. However, the default directory I get with just about any audio recorder I download is /storage/emulated/0. From what I've read through the forums, this is something due to permission with SD card. I'm just curious how to change the directory in apps like these in able to save files to the external SD card. I have lots of experience with DOS and Windows, but not Android. The internal memory fills up quickly with apps, etc., so want the ability to save directly to SD card without using a file manager. Thanks for the help!
