Saving Multi Window pairs

I have the Note 3 and Tab Pro 12.2 and use the saved paired multi - windows. I don't see that on the Tab 4 8.0. Am I missing something? Is there an upgrade or something that I need to apply to get this functionality? Seems strange that Samsung has it on the Note 3 and Tab Pro 12.2 but not on the Tab 4 8.0. Thanks

I am not sure why the feature would not make it's way onto the devices. But, that could be a selling point to distinguish the devices from the Tab line.

I really wish Google would build multi-window into Android. Would be more widely supported and probably more likely to be more consistent from one device to another.
