Saving Pics from Txt Messages to Photo Album??

Say someone sends me a few pics via text, from for what it's worth, an iPhone. Is there a way to save these pics to my photo album? I'm having trouble doing so, and this is pretty important to me. (My wife sends a bunch of pics of our new baby often, and I always like to save them to album.)..

You should be able to just tap on the green box around the pictures and the option to save is there. Works for me
