saving pictures for phone contacts

I finally figured out how save a picture from a email, but how do I use a picture and add it to a phone number/contact?

2 Ways...

1.Open Gallery > Press and Hold Select image > Select Set As > Contact > Select Contact from list.

2. Open contact > Left Menu Button > Edit > Tap image next to name > Select image from
