are you familiar with the process? just download RSDlite from motorola and google how to get into the bootloader mode. connect the phone in bootloader to the USB port on your computer, then use RSDlite to flash the SBF onto the phone. it's that easy.
Here is XDroidRom's complete SBF tutorial. I highly recommend paying close attention. Just remember to do a factory reset after the SBF process has rebooted your phone.
