Not that I have seen but U am sure it is only a matter of time before someone comes up with one. You will want to look into "home screen replacements" or "app launchers"

Something you CAN do install more than one home screen replacement, for example, on my moto droid I have the default one as well as one called Nexus Home. I run the default one most of the time but when I want to access some of the fancy widgets I switch to Nexus Home (5 home screens instead of 3). You could install multiple home screens (Nexus Home, Helix Launcher Home +, etc if you really wanted to.
