Schedule a text message

Hi, does anyone known if there is a texting app that will allow me to send a text message every 15 min. The same text message.

I have some ideas but I would need to know more about what the purpose of this would be. I'm not going to help someone annoy an ex or harass someone.

I want to send a reminder text to myself every 15 min. If there is an easier way to do it with another program I would.

I would think that a reminder or to-do list app would be a good alternative.
