Scl23 a.k.a. G900J problems with gps

please can I have a bit of help with this issue. I have recently bought a Samsung S5 model number scl23 and the gps will not find my location. I've tried factory resetting the phone and just about gave myself a heart attack as I had to navigate my way through the first screen or two in Vietnamese. Running lollipop5.0 which is what the phone came with.

You will need to have mobile internet turned off for GPS to work properly. Try the GPS with your sim card out.

The phone you received has been customed flashed to work in your country, seems like it is running a SphixV2a rom.
