Scratched screen

Hey, I use a flip case to protect my screen from getting scratched and the rubbing has ironically scratched it so it's been a pointless activity.

Can I ask what the warranty is please regarding the screen as I thought it was supposed to be gorilla glass?

Don't know for sure that the device warranty will cover that. You might want to contact whoever makes the flip case. I don't they'll be if much help either though. I ran into that problem a few years ago and decided not to use those cases again.

I've noticed the screen on my mate 10 scratched a lot easier than any other phone I ever used.

I'd say the opposite is true for my Mate 10 Pro. For all the things that are really annoying me about it just now the screen has held up really well considering the abuse it's had. There's only 2 tiny visible scratches on it about 5-6 mm long. I've never any of my Samsung Galaxies or iPhones do that well that's for sure

I removed my screen protector the first week and seven months later I only have one tiny scratch that isn't even noticeable.

Yes I removed asap.. Don't believe in screen protectors.

After 6 months of keeping mine on I finally took it off the other day. Very glad I did. Screen feels so much better to the touch and doesn't attract as many fingerprints!
