Screen acting on its own

Does anyone else notice when they put their dinc down when its on the home screen it swipes to the last page..it does this alot for me
(i dont have a screen protector or case and my screen isnt dirty)

happens with me too and I have a screen cover on it. It is a fast device and it just does this for some reason. not a deal breaker for me. Doesn't happen a lot for me, but yes, it happens

Try cleaning the trackpad with a little rubbing alcohol. If it gets dirty the light refraction on the optical sensor gets wonky.

This is usually due to the trackpad being dirty. Rub off any dirt or excess lint and you'll be good to go. Remember the trackpad can scroll through the homescreens too. It isn't really a malfunction or ghost or anything.

I'll third what the last two posters have said: clean the trackpad.

Or even just rub your finger over it. This has happened to me a couple of times and that's usually fixed it.

This happens to me usually under or near some kind of lightbulb..something to do with the light sensor I think..

I found certain apps would cause this as well. I downloaded one app and it went insane going every where.

I deleted the app and it was perfectly fine again.

This happened to mine last summer. No matter how many times I cleaned the trackpad and screen, it kept jumping around. Very annoying. In the end, I wound up returning it. Verizon sent me a refurb (which sucked because my original Dinc had the AMOLED screen and now I have a ****ty LCD).
