So I love my Nexus 7 2013 and use it all the time. It seems lately that the digitizer needs to be recalibrated. How do I do this?

What leads you to believe that?

Look up how to enable the dev menu and turn on touch indication. That will tell you if it's a problem with the digitizer. If just the digitizer it's a fairly cheap part.
