Screen black light blue

Screen is black won't turn on and there is a light blue and dark blue light I've tried all the things turn it on and won't work what can I do

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean the LED notification light is flashing blue? That's usually a bad sign. The battery might have failed, or possibly the motherboard. Bring it to a repair shop.

I've managed get the blue light off a red light come on that normaly means needs charging so I did then it went green but still not turning on
