Screen black white blinking light

[Android Central Question]

The screen was cracked. I brought it to get replaced. I placed it on the changer and all I get is a black screen with a white blinking light. Any idea???

Perhaps there was damage other than that to the display?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Is the blinking light on the screen itself, or are you talking about the LED notification light?

Does the phone become unusable while charging? Or can you still unlock and use? Might just be a notification led that lights up while you charge. What phone is it?

Take it back to the repair center. If it was working going in it should be working coming out.

Why wouldn't you turn the phone on at the repair place? I mean I would want to see my previously smashed device all happy and working again immediately, but hey that's just me.
