Screen blemishes

So I've gotten a few marred spots on my Photon screen ... they are not scratches that I can tell (can't feel any rough spots) more like stains in the screen coating -- any ideas on how to best clean them ? simply running my fingernail over doesn't fix it, nothing to scrape off. it's almost like a flat bubble/separation in layers within the screen
