Screen brightness

It seems that my screen brightness is getting lower. I'm having a hard time seeing the screen outside with the brightness all the way up. Battery life is still ok. Anybody else have this problem?

I have not seen that on my Z Force.

I'm not sure if mine was ever super bright outside in the direct sunlight. I actually was outside today on our local airport runway doing video of my grandson running an RC monster truck. The sun was shining directly on my screen and I had trouble seeing what I was videoing. My Z Force is 1 and a half years old now. Maybe the screen is failing some. I don't know. Good question though.

Nothing wrong with your screen. Moto phones screens just aren't that good in direct sun light.

Yeah, it is definitely getting dimmer. I have on 100% brightness, which I've never had to do while outside, and the days are overcast, so it isn't full bright sun even. It is harder to see.

I got it last February (2017) so I don't think so. As much as these things cost they should last a long time. I'm careful with my phones and my last phone LG G3 called out just after 2 years. Now this.
