Screen broke Also!

I had the phone in the pocket of my shorts. As I took them off, they fell to the ground. And my screen cracked.

It was in my new "Spigen Rugged Armor Case with Resilient Shock Absorption and Carbon Fiber Design for HTC U 11 (2017) - Black"

Also, it scratched the first day. Less than 24 hours, and I have no idea why.

I have had a few scratched screens in my smartphone life. Never a broken one.

This can't be right...

I'm real sorry to hear about this. I hope you can get it fixed. I accidentally dropped mine this morning from 3 feet and it hit a metal rail on the way to the floor. I had purchased this case will waiting on my Spigen. It makes the U11 feel like a tank, but maybe it's worth it as my phone survived the drop fine. There are broken screens over on the S8 forums too so it's not just the U11. Anyway, here's a link to the Ocean screen if anyone's interested at this point.

It's Gorilla Glass 5, so it scratches somewhat easily. GG5 is a stronger Glass, but it scratches easy.
